Have not had a chance to put it to the true test but, not a bad knife for hacking through the woods.
Nice deep serrations though you will have to sharpen it when you get it. Sheath is dinky but does its job.
Handle has lanyard hole and nice flat bottom for stubborn tent pegs.
Overall good value for the $$$$$$.

I received this item very promptly, exactly on the day they said it would be here.
Upon opening it, i found the knife to be in very good shape, decently sharp (although i still needed to sharpen it, and once i did, held an edge very well).
The knife is heavy, and has a very sturdy feel to it.
The smell is also slightly bothersome, but i assume it will fade through time and use.
hope this helps!

Obviously a CCC, (Charming Chinese Cheapie), but does its job surprisingly well, went up into New york state and camped for a week and this was a trusty tool. a good buy.

nice knife, but not like on in picture. mine that was shipped had a circular black bunt, and a thin black guard between the blade and handle. The blade is connected to the bunt of the knife by a rod that goes through the handle, and when I tightened it because the blade was loose, the bunt of the blade kept twisting, like i had messed up the screw mechanism in the handle. i guess you get what you pay for, it’s just not worth the return shipping to send it back.
